Every company is reviewed before it's recommended
We collect business details directly from the company — services, service area, and any certifications they hold. Nothing gets added to the network sight-unseen.
We verify what we can
Where a company carries insurance, WCB coverage, or a Red Seal certification, we confirm it and flag it on their profile. If we can't verify something yet, we don't claim it.
We track performance after every referral
Our team keeps internal notes and ratings after each job. Companies that consistently fall short get reassigned less — or removed from the network.

Is this an open marketplace I bid out my job on?
No. You submit one request, our team matches it internally with a vetted company, and you get one point of contact — not five contractors competing for your number.
What if my matched contractor can't take the job?
We reassign your request to another vetted pro in the same category. You don't have to start over or track anything down yourself.
How fast will I hear back?
Our goal is within one business day of your request. Faster for urgent jobs where a match is readily available.
